I'm very sorry for your disappointment but you came into the store knowing your budget and looked at everything but what was in your budget..you mentioned several times how much more affordable our same products were over other retailers and wanted them written on a quote which she did even though they were clearly out of budget and that was puzzling and even had her go to the point of calling wood mills to see what the lengths of wood were in the boxes which she was happy to do even though they were way out of your budget..we have worked very hard for our customers over the last 28 years and have many happy repeat customers as you even said ..when you called back to...read full review
