Phil was phenomenal! He just made our office floor look brand new again. I can’t recommend this company enough and wish that I could give Phil 10 stars! Professional, reliable and he went above and beyond. I will definitely use Mr. Sandless and Phil again!

Phil was great to work with. Our floors are 16 years old and didn't need a complete sanding and refinishing. We have a house full of people and dogs so only 24 hours of downtime was manageable. Floors look great at a fraction of the cost of a complete overhaul. He earns a solid 5 star rating.
