“I hired Mike and AMI Home Improvements to do a quick trash pick-up around a property I manage; the yard was in need of a lot of attention but my focus was just the trash. I figured I would do a spring clean-up at a later date. Mike started sending me pictures (as he always does which I absolutely love especially since I can't always be there to see the work) and the before and the afters were shocking. I didn't just get a trash clean-up I got a spring clean-up; there were mounds of leaves everywhere, there was piles of debris outside the fenced in area, the was junk that needed to be hauled off. I got final pictures where the leaves were removed between the ramp and the building, no junk outside the fence, the trash barrels were taken to the curb for me and the list goes on and on. When I saw the final pictures I was taken aback; Mike did all this work for the price I was expecting to pay for a quick trash clean-up and this is not a one time experience. Mike and AMI Home Improvements always go above and beyond for me and my residents (I own a property management company). He's made friends with the most difficult of residents and can trouble shoot any problem you have. He's prompt, reliable, courteous and very reasonably priced. If you need something done AMI Home Improvements is the #1 company to call; I recommend them in heart beat!“
