All expectations were set with a formal agreement and we were in constant communication all through the process from determining the scope, cost, the products to use, and any questions/issues as the services were being provided real time. The cleaning team, Melissa and Katrina were very professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job cleaning the home. Some family members have seen it and were very impressed.
