“Safe Roof Cleaning gave exceptional customer service in all aspects. I admit that I was somewhat anxious about the cleaning because my metal roof was hand crimped, custom made, and expensive. After talking to about ten roof cleaning companies, I chose Safe Roof Cleaning because of their attention to my concerns and requests. I appreciated the prompt and caring communication through the in-person estimate visit, phone calls, and emails. The detailed a la carte style proposal was important for me because the cleaning solution had to be adjusted for the metal roof in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. The coating on the metal can be easily damaged if the incorrect solution and cleaning techniques are used. It was just so easy and pleasurable to work with this company before and during the cleaning.
The cleaning crew was courteous, careful, and very thorough. In addition to the roof, they also cleaned the siding and gutters. They managed to clean areas on the roof that I thought would be impossible to clean without getting on the roof such as where seams are crimped and under the rakewalls. The house looked brand new when they finished. Yes, it was that clean!
This has been the best experience I have in contracting services for my house in many years. The results of their soft wash cleaning are amazing, beyond my expectation. The price for their services was fair. They made me a very happy customer.”
