“Let me first start of by saying my first experience with Powder Ridge was absolutely phenomenal. I have a cat who has had a rash for several weeks now. I had an appointment and had a very short wait until I was called in and greeted by the amazing technician Jess. She told me in detail what to expect for my visit. Allowed time to allow my cat to warm up to her before going to get Dr. Carey who is also amazing. They definitely assured me my fur baby was going to be okay. They answered all my questions and I left there with no worries. People are always worried about pricing but they are very reasonable and even included a complimentary nail trimming. I think we have found our forever vet home. Thanks Jess, Dr. Carey and Powder Ridge!!“

“After being told from my vet of many years that they couldn’t see my dog for a week, even though he had a pretty serious issue, I immediately called Veterinary Assoc of North Branford. They were extremely accommodating and willing to help. Gave me an appt for the next day. I was met with a friendly greeting and within minutes of my arrival, taken back to an exam room. The vet tech was also very friendly and showed genuine concern for my pup. The doctor came in soon after and was fantastic. She gave my pup a thorough exam, was very gentile with him, and overall I was very pleased with the service… I would highly recommend this vet… I’m so happy to have switched and know I won’t ever need to go elsewhere.
Their hours are extremely accommodating with emergency visits as well.“

“Dr Hall and the techs are so sweet to my dog where he is no longer scared of the vet! He's actually happy to be there which I have never seen before. An old vet I had would threaten to charge a cancellation fee and cancel on you if you were more than 10 minutes late, I called Madison Vet running behind they were so understanding, no fees held over my head! They understand you can love your pet and be on a budget and will explain any costs to you, which are lower than what I have been quoted at other places. Thank you Dr Hall and team for giving me and Bosco a safe space to discuss health concerns at reasonable costs. Worth the 40 minute drive to see Bosco's happy tail on arrival. “We were treated on time and with respect. I might be wrong but I believe her name was Kim. She took my call, knew I was stressed about finding care and found a way to get seen quickly. She was kind, understanding, quick, and extremely helpful. We were not brushed off to be sent somewhere else… as we had been several times prior to our call here. As someone with a need to be seen with no area vet, PV made us feel important and made it possible for us to be seen.“
