I did take off one star mainly for the fact that I struggled finding this place as a first time costumer since I was completely unaware of that fact that it is inside of the tractors and co place and there wasn't any sort of sign or anything in site that stated it was in there so I was very confused when my maps kept taking me to a tractor store but I ended up call the store and a service representative helped me locate it and informed me that it was infact inside the tractor store so everything worked out. All in all the service there was wonderful and all of the employees were so nice and so informative and helpful for a first time puppy owner they were very considerate...read full review

Your website doesn't tell you that you have to pre registered on line for the vet. So i went early because it was first come first serve and came to find out their are 50 people ahead of me. I was so mad because the website didn't tell you that. The staff was friendly and fit me in.
Also the vet arrived 15 minutes late and was disorganized at the wallingford store.
