“Both my fiancé and I were beyond satisfied about Bill and his services. We had a fridge that stopped working properly--the freezer and the fridge stopped pumping cold air completely out of nowhere. On Wednesday after hours, I called and left a voicemail to two places, and the next morning (Thursday), only Bill called back and left a voicemail. On that same day (Thursday), Bill came exactly at when he said he would, between 2 pm and 4 pm. In fact, he arrived at 2 pm and buzzed our condo unit to be let in as per our instructions.
