“This past weekend I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Kennedy at Mandalay Salon and she did not disappoint. I had never been to this salon or met Kennedy and I had a Balayage along with a hair cut and I could not be happier with the results. Not only did she kill it with my hair, Kennedy was super easy to talk to and she had a clear understanding of what I did and did not want. On top of that the salon is absolutely adorable.
