Our hot water heater kicked the bucket on a holiday evening, so I left a message expecting to hear back the next day, and then have to wait a few days to get scheduled. The owner actually called me back the same night, and moved some things around to get us on the schedule for the next day.
He sent Derek over that morning with a new tank, and it was installed and running within a couple hours. Derek had a great attitude and customer service.
The pricing was very reasonable based off my research too, which was a great bonus. Good price, great people, fast service

Daniel answered my call right away. He arrived shortly after the call to see what needed to be done. I was given a price quote and and a time and he arrived when he said he would and at the price quoted. He went extra to give me a drip/water pan and a water alarm.
