Not only did my color and cut look amazing, but she was so knowledgeable about my hair and was so careful with lightening it. She also was extremely nice and relatable.

I have already gone back 3 times for a bang trim and she always is able to get me in and give me the best cut. I will 100% be going to her for the future.“

I did a trial several months prior to the wedding and was very happy with the results. We decided to work with Alexandra to do the hair and makeup for everyone in the bridal party. They did hair/makeup for 6 bridesmaids and myself. They were very nice and professsional and everyone in the party was happy with their hair and makeup. It was a great experience and they were very easy to have around for the morning leading up to the wedding. I felt very comfortable and confident all day thanks to Alexandra's hair and makeup!“

“I want to be sure I am fair on this one. I went to Arlena on recommendation after seeing a gorgeous acrylic set she did on a friend. She did a beautiful pedi for me and more sets of acrylics for my daughter and friend. I had her do a beautiful design mani on my natural nails for my wedding but the polish starting peeling off completely within 8 hours. I was unhappy with her initial reply which was simply that she "could not guarantee how long polish lasts on natural nails." I had to request a refund twice which I believe should have been immediately offered. Arlena did refund me against normal policy and did apologize for the situation she left me in just hours before my wedding. As upset as I was with the situation, and will not personally return to the salon, I do have to say that her art skills and acrylics are fantastic.“
