“I went to the spa in Glastonbury. The aesthetician was over 15 minutes late. There was no explanation or information given at the front desk. I think it would’ve been appropriate to let me know she was running behind.

The facial was excellent and I rebooked with Vanessa.

The spa called the day before my next appointment to ask if I would be willing to come earlier because they had overbooked. When I showed up, they told me that my aesthetician was in another appointment and I’d have to wait an hour to see her. Apparently, the person that called me the day before never changed the appointment in the system. I was frustrated and left.

The owner called me the next day to apologize and said that they would extend the spring discount if I came at a different time.

I doubt I’ll rebook again. There are so many great spas in CT.“

I’m on vacation in Avon for one week and found this place online, I’m always afraid of who I’m getting bc last yr my nails had holes! From drilling and people not listening to me. I noticed she removed my powder without drilling my nails took longer but all worth it. She did amazing job and one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Thank you ladies best mani pedi in a while!“

I was in town after about 4 months and remembered this spot and got my eyebrows done again.
