“I love this salon! My cuticles are rough and I’m guilty of biting my nails, but they are always so gentle and delicate throughout the whole process. The place is super clean, the staff is kind, and the owner is just lovely. I always leave feeling so cared for and my nails looking amazing!“

“Good, intimate nail salon. I went here with my 3 friends and it was perfect for us. We were able to all get services and hang out since it’s a smaller space. We did pedicures and manicures and all were great quality. We did walk in but I recommend calling ahead or booking an appointment if you want to ensure you can get services. It is hard to find, so to get there, use the elevator by the Target entrance to the top level right and enter JC Salons.“

“I went to the spa in Glastonbury. The aesthetician was over 15 minutes late. There was no explanation or information given at the front desk. I think it would’ve been appropriate to let me know she was running behind.

The facial was excellent and I rebooked with Vanessa.

The spa called the day before my next appointment to ask if I would be willing to come earlier because they had overbooked. When I showed up, they told me that my aesthetician was in another appointment and I’d have to wait an hour to see her. Apparently, the person that called me the day before never changed the appointment in the system. I was frustrated and left.

The owner called me the next day to apologize and said that they would extend the spring discount if I came at a different time.

I doubt I’ll rebook again. There are so many great spas in CT.“
