“Where can I even begin?! Susan is a literal genius. I went to LUXE for my first time today after a Facebook recommendation at her new location in Somers. It’s such a cute spot. You’re 1:1 with Susan who is incredibly personable and there’s never an awkward silence. She educates you about your skin and makes you part of the choices. She sells all the products she uses so that if you really love something, you have the opportunity to bring it home with you!For 35$ I had my brows waxed, and shaped. They were ratchet and long overdue. She taught me how to fill them in with the perfect eye pencil. This all included a hand treatment which was lovely. With the little extra time she had she applied her matte mineral powder to my face which literally took away all my redness and applied mascara and eyeliner for me! I felt SO beautiful when I left there and I was SO happy that I was able to purchase that matte powder to take home.I will never go anywhere else ever again for my brows. The customer service is superior and Susan is great! HIGHLY recommend.I didn’t take a before picture of myself but I attached an unfiltered after photo!Thanks Susan!“

And she cuts it dry how I like it. My hair is curly so if it's wet I can't see the actual finished product. I love how she tells me what I'm doing wrong and how I'm damaging my hair. “Always excellent! I have had numerous deep tissue massages, actually once a month, and my therapist always listens and makes the massage unique for me. I have also received facials and have enjoyed the renewed glow for weeks. Lately, I tried the eyebrow and eyelash tinting service and it made a huge difference - I will go back often for this service. The spa also offers laser treatments but I haven't tried that yet. It's always clean and a serene environment. Best of all they are on time each visit and stay open late so I can go after work or on the weekend.“
