I've been training at Greenwich Jiu Jitsu Academy for over a year now and, despite not having any background in martial arts, I was welcomed into the gym and have since come to love training under all of the coaches. The gym culture is incredibly welcoming and encouraging for beginners, while still offering high-level training and sparring for more experienced people. I recommend that everyone in the area to at least have a go at a trial class!
I leave maybe 1 review a year, and this just has to be said. This company and their entire staff are outstanding! I can sincerely say, everybody from Mary taking my calls, Rick working his magic, and Eddie and Mike installing, did an absolutely incredible job! Dr. Kaplowitz is amazing. Having had suffered severe lower back pain for months and having no other chiropractors help, I saw improvement with Dr. K within the first appointment. We set up a plan together for me to return for adjustments and after only a couple of months I feel better than ever and am able to go on long hikes. Dr. K also treats all his patients like friends and is understanding and his appointments are something I actually look forward too each week!

Great experience!! Had trouble with parking at first but was already a lot better after the first lesson! My instructor was William Valenton. He is a great teacher and helped a lot especially with parking and highway driving. He is nice and good with students! Highly recommend
