The philosophy and treatment regime and exercise prescription is very unique, and effective! ( I’m a Physical Therapist and can truly say this) I was unable to work out as I love to do, and I am getting back into the gym again slowly, and will avoid surgery which I’m extremely thankful for!! “My first time visit was a very pleasant experience. It was an evaluation which was about and 1.5 hours but the most informative. I’ve never had anyone take the time to answer all the questions I had in terms I could understand. I am really looking forward to working with this group and they come highly recommended“
