Finding someone that is willing to diagnose an issue, order parts and allow me to take the device back in the meantime may seem like routine but it's not. Everyone else required me to leave it behind for a few days which did not work. I explained to Emory that I cannot leave it behind for multiple days because it is my work device. Emory diagnosed the issue, called me when the parts arrived, asked me for the day to work on it and called me an hour later (7 hours ahead of schedule!) to let me know it was ready.
