Let’s discuss how awesome these guys are. They are a hybrid of really talented repair guys (who have fixed my very complicated Mac issues on more than one occasion) and an incredible emotional support group when it feels like you need to grieve a laptop. Fun, charming, knowledgeable and quick. Excellent service.

My hard drive randomly died one night. After barely looking at it, I was told by the technicians at a bigger chain company that it was impossible to retrieve any of the data. My granddaughter looked up local computer repair businesses and was impressed by the reviews this place had. She suggested very strongly that I called BITS. After calling and making an appointment, I was told to bring my computer so they could look at it. I spoke to Curtis there, he explained that he could try but he believed he could help me. My old iMac decided to not start up for me last week and I work in Bethel so decided to bring it into BITS. Curtis was awesome to work with - very kind and helpful. He had my hard drive dropped into another machine they had on hand AND updated my OS and backed everything up for me. All within 24hrs and for a very fair price. Highly recommended!
