Took my laptop in to see if t hey could fix it as it had programs that are hard to duplicate on a new laptop
Although they could not savage it the got a replacement of the same one and restored all the information and setting. I can tell the difference other then it now works. All for a price that was alot cheaper then getting a new one from Amazon
