My first time visiting Trusted Technologies and I had a great experience thanks to Emory. I brought in my 10-year-old laptop that I’m very attached to, and it was barely working. Emery provided excellent customer service, took the time to help, and got it running really well again. Now I can keep using it as a reliable backup computer. Honest, knowledgeable, and professional servie. I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Emory. Finding someone that is willing to diagnose an issue, order parts and allow me to take the device back in the meantime may seem like routine but it's not. Everyone else required me to leave it behind for a few days which did not work. I explained to Emory that I cannot leave it behind for multiple days because it is my work device. Emory diagnosed the issue, called me when the parts arrived, asked me for the day to work on it and called me an hour later (7 hours ahead of schedule!) to let me know it was ready. It is operating beautifully and my business did not skip a beat thanks to Emory.

These guys are THE BEST. I lost my novel due to a OneDrive problem (yeah, yeah, I know...) and couldn't recover it. No recent versions. No history. Backup was corrupted. No hard copy (yeah, yeah, I know...) I was told by an overseas colleague that I needed a local forensic recovery team. I couldn't get my laptop to the shop because of weather so Emory tried to help remotely. After several unsuccessful attempts, when all avenues seemed to have been exhausted, he had another thought and was able to successfully recover my complete manuscript. If you have a problem with your computer, run don't walk to these folks. Totally amazing.
