I was unable to access my laptop. Was concerned about retaining older photos and some personal data. Was informed what could be done and expecting it to take a while. Within 4 days. I told the hard drive was damaged, but they were able to retrieve the data.
We worked with Rich, he explained everything he was going to do to fix our laptop. He kept me updated and did an excellent job. We had it back in a few days and the price was reasonable. Thanks so much, it’s good to know a honest business is out there!!
The PC Guys explained why I was having trouble with my laptop, let me know what they'd need to do in order to repair it and told me up front what the cost would be. They got my laptop up and running in no time. I will be highly recommending The PC Guys to my friends and neighbors. Thank you very much!
