I had been storing all of my sons medicine in a digital Honeywell safe. Several days ago it stopped allowing me to use the pin # and locked me out. I called and he scheduled a time with me on the same day to see if he could help me. Turns out I had a defective lock, and needing my son's medicine (he has Autism) I brought the safe over. Jeff (I hope that it his name) worked on breaking into my safe, at my request, and it took him over 30 minutes of hard physical labor to finally get into it. I was worried at that point that it was going to cost me at least $50. At least. He was dripping with sweat. I gathered all of my sons things and asked him how much I owed.
