Mike, the service tech was great. He changed the lock on the same day as I called. He was quick, polite and professional. This is not the first time I used Amity Safe and Lock. Last year I had a serious issue with a specialty vault-like door that other locksmiths didn't even want to attempt to repair. Amity came in, looked at it and said...no problem. Within a few hours, everything was Better Than New!!! I won't use anyone else.
