Farren not only is deeply knowledgeable but also has a contagious brightness of spirit that makes the whole experience a genuinely positive one! She helped make the journey of my first birth so much less scary than I anticipated. I highly recommend working with her for birth prep AND/or post-partum if any pelvic floor or prolapse issues arise (like they did for me). “I’ve been seeing DJ for about 3 years now and she truly is a healer! I initially started counseling services with her and she has helped me through some huge changes in my life and has helped guide me to succeed in my own small business! Recently we also added cranial sacral therapy and with both those modalities I feel more integrated and aligned than I’ve ever felt before. I brought it up with DJ because I was having pain and stiffness in my shoulder. I asked if she’d be willing to work on it and I am so happy I did. With only a handful of sessions and my own self massage at home I am no longer in pain and wake up without any stiffness.
