I would highly recommend Simsbury, PT, whether you are young or old. My specialist is Jen and she put me on a program that is taking the pain out of my hip. Before I got there, I couldn’t walk up a flight of stairs without pain in my left hip. I feel much better. Their follow up and scheduling is excellent. Thank you, Simsbury PT.

Everyone I've recommended to this Physical Therapy place has stayed with them and my Physical Therapist, Jen Ashman. She is just that good! As a result of being a former & current athlete I have had more than my share of injuries (my ankle has been reconstructed twice), my cranial spine is a mess from surviving being rear-ended while stopped at red traffic lights twice, and 4 years ago a black ice fall left me still recovering from a TBI... as a result I've worked with several physical therapists from all over the Farmington Valley and West Hartford. Awesome PT experience!So honestly the goal is to not to need such a place, but when I showed up my back was so crooked I was leaning about 8 inches off center. I've had PT before (for an injured shoulder) so I've been through the drill, but this place was different. Any competent therapist can get you back up and running but PTSMC does it in a friendly & fun environment, and that's the key difference! You don't feel like it's a chore, you look forward to your PT sessions. I worked with Eric primarily but the whole crew works well together as a team. Highly recommend!
