Self-care is crucial. We only have one body, and we must love and take care of it. I look forward to my weekly stretch to alleviate my hip pain from an injury. The team is highly trained and knowledgeable about the body. I love learning from everyone especially Raj and now Jack.
I always feel great after my stretch lab work out especially because I have a very physical job . Everyone should have this experience..
Thu is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I have been going to this stretch lab for a few months now and notice an improvement in my stretching ability, relieved tightness across my body and more mobility in my hips. I had a surgery on my hamstring and Thu is able to focus on movements that help bring more motion to that side of my body. She is so knowledgable, incredibly kind and encouraging! I have been to other stretch labs and Thu surpasses all other sessions I’ve had. Would definitely recommend this stretch lab and Thu to anyone looking for relief and longevity!
