Christine knows the body and how to help it! Am so thankful we (hubby & I) have kept up our twice a week exercise sessions with Christine – for over six years now! We get all muscles worked and sessions are changed out every tenth one. We get added exercises and stretches for sore areas. We get special exercises added when planning on attending some event or hard working vacation… certain muscles need the perk! Christine's smiles make each session with her worth it and FUN! Also she never misses an appointment – even in the snow. Geezsssss! 

I was a lot older before Christine came into my life. I have always been reasonably active and have had no issues getting work done around our 73 acre property. But I was starting to accumulate a few years under my belt so I asked my MD for a referral. He suggested Christine. In our bilateral interview, Christine made me understand that there was good benefit from embarking on a program of weight and cardio training in addition to my regular activities. Christine concluded she would accept me as a client and I decided to embark on a journey of personal training. That was almost 7 years ago and I have no plans to quit! Christine has tremendous knowledge of her profession and a real knack for tailoring workouts to the individual. She adjusts workouts as needed to accommodate short term issues and long term goals. She most defiantly is NOT “one size fits all”. On top of all that, she is a wonderful, friendly person who does not judge or hold one to a standard that is not individualized. She doesn't make it easy, but she makes it good. It is a treat to see her twice a week.
