Loved the Sculpt class with Holly. It was challenging and had me working hard with great upbeat music and energy. Would highly recommend, especially to out of towners who are looking for a yoga studio!

Such a gem of a studio! Super welcoming even if you are just in town for a short visit. The studio has everything you need: mats, towels, water, good vibes and it's heated with infa red.
A great selection of classes whether you want an intense workout with Sculpt or a grounding but still intense sweat with Journey. Highly recommend.

Rakta is hands-down my favorite yoga studio in Steamboat. The heated classes are energizing in the best way, and the cushioned floor makes such a difference for balance and joint support. Every instructor I’ve had is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely uplifting. Yoga Sculpt, in particular, is an incredible full-body workout that leaves me feeling strong and centered. If you’re looking for a studio that blends challenge, comfort, and community, I highly recommend Rakta.
