If you're looking for a beautiful, supportive, and top-notch yoga studio - look no further! Ive been a member of the OHY community for six months and have been nothing but impressed. The teachers clearly love and take pride in each practice they lead. It is obvious that they spend a lot of time and thought in preparing not only the flow, but also amazing music to really deliver. The cherry on top? COOL LAVENDER EYE TOWELS

The slow flow class was amazing!! Jenna has an amazing ability to connect our breaths to our bodies as she guides us through the slow flow. For me personally her class was spiritual, and I left her class full of grace and gratitude!!Thank you for this beautiful gift, Jenna!!!

Kelsey Ryan is one of my favorite yoga instructors in Steamboat. Her cueing is very clear and intentional. She is soothing to listen to, offers great assists and alignment modifications. I love her sequencing too; she changes things up which is welcomed. I always leave her classes feeling challenged, strong, confident, and worn out.
