All of the instructors are awesome! I am never bored because every workout is unique, every time I go. With the small classes, it feels like we all get individual attention and benefits. There is a great mix of different classes, and I have felt welcome in every one. Great for beginners and advanced practitioners.

I love this studio! It’s my go to for Pilates reformer group & private classes. The instructors are knowledgeable & just the best! They offer a variety of class days & times to fit your schedule.

Simply the best. I happened to overhear someone way fitter than myself mention that they couldn't believe that this studio was better than the top-rated place they go to in NYC. I had my doubts. I started checking it out... and the instructors are fantastic, hilarious, and awesome humans. They have now gone out of their way to help my son prepare for some difficult physical testing. I could not be any more impressed. They know how to connect with each individual. They are outstanding. Oh, and they sell some of the best workout clothes in Steamboat.
