Dr. Matt Woods is wonderful, and I truly appreciate that he took the time to send a referral because I needed additional dental work. However, when I came in for my appointment about a month ago, I noticed the reception staff seemed dismissive and unwelcoming. I had a wonderful and pain free visit with Dr. Matt. I had a filling come out and needed a root canal. Next visit is a crown and a few small cavities filled. I highly recommend Horizon Dental. 😃
Dr. Matt and his dental staff are always incredibly kind and professional. I cannot say enough about the quality care they provide their patients. The receptionists, however, talk to and treat Medicaid patients with thinly-veiled contempt. I hope that they are always treated with the same respect and compassion that they show others.
