I hate to leave a 3 star review because the Dentist and staff were great but I was scheduled back in July for a filling that needed to be redone. I arrived for my appointment checked in and had the tooth taken care of. When I checked out they gave me the bill which was full price. I said I have dental insurance. (My cleaning was covered fully the month prior by insurance) she said we stopped accepting your insurance 2 weeks ago. Nobody told me this when I checked in. I would have gotten the dental work done elsewhere.

They can't seem to be on time with their schedule,so I am going to another dentist. They need to give patients a heads up on how late they're running instead of letting them sit in the waiting room. Common courtesy is respected in my opinion.

It's always an excellent experience at Salida Family Dentistry. The front office staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Vanessa, Heidi, JC, Michelle and anyone else I may have over looked. Sorry.They are the best! On the clinical side the cleanings from Ashley make my teeth sparkle! Dr. Belmont has been great with his expertise and discussing the best options for me as a patient. His dental assistants have been very professional, friendly and strive to make me comfortable.From the time I check in at the front desk to when I leave I know the best care and concern is extended to me.
