We had what would be a small project for a custom cabinet maker. 2 shelves. Ronnie was so helpful with ideas ( even ones that we’d get elsewhere) it’s a family business and he treated us like family. When we need cabinets , they are our first choice !

I have only wonderful things to say about United Roofing and the people who work there. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and hard-working. Our roof was severely damaged by hail, and they took care of us immediately by tarping the roof to prevent further leaks, got an overall bid together quickly, then worked diligently to get the materials and complete the new roof as quickly as possible. We are now under roof, and so thankful to United Roofing for their kindness and quick response. They were very patient with us as we asked lots of questions.
Shawn and Sophia are amazing, highly recommend! They came out to look at the trees on the property we are buying, and they were so knowledgeable and helpful, had lots of ideas for tree care over the next twenty years. Will absolutely call them for anything we need in the future.

I had gotten into a situation with my car and went into Winsupply to ask for help. Michael greeted me and pulled my car onto my trailer in a matter of minutes. I thank God for people like him everyday. If Michael is that helpful with a complete stranger, can you imagine how wonderful he is with his customers!

My son’s hair had grown past his shoulders, and he had become very attached to it. No matter how many times I suggested a haircut, he insisted his hair was part of his identity. After searching online for styles he might actually agree to, I found a low taper fade that’s really popular with teens right now. He was hesitant to stay local because he worried nobody in town would be able to get the look right, but after a friend recommended Ashley, I decided to book her earliest available appointment.
From the moment we walked into her salon, my son immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere was inviting, stylish, and had a modern edgy vibe that made him feel at ease right away.
The haircut completely exceeded both of our expectations. Ashley was patient, understanding, and really took the time to listen to what my son wanted while also helping guide the process. She absolutely nailed the cut. Honestly, his reaction afterward said it all... he loved it, and so did Mom! Double win!!
What I appreciate most is Ashley’s dedication to staying current with evolving trends, styles, and techniques. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her craft and making sure her clients leave happy. She also offers such a wide variety of services that the salon truly feels like a one-stop shop for the whole family.

I can't say enough good things about Salida Sport & Spine. You rarely wait even 15 minutes for your appointment. The chiropractors are amazing and the receptionists are friendly. Chiropractor, Allan Stoughton helped to fix my frozen shoulder using chiropractic, dry needling, gua sha and electro stim. I was in a lot of pain and hadn't been able to get my arm above my head in several years. I can now! So grateful to not have needed surgery due to his help! Highly recommend!

Dr. Echols removed a melanoma for me and I have seen her regularly ever since. She's the best! Super caring, professional, all the things a GREAT doctor should be. And I NEVER feel rushed by her in the least. A+++++
Animal Care Center is the place to go! After moving here with a reactive dog, we feared going to the vet. When the time came several months later that our dog needed emergent care, we did a Google search, crossed our fingers, and took her to Animal Care Center. From the beginning, each of their staff were kind and understanding of our situation and got us in impressively quickly after calling and asking for help (both times)! In these small mountain towns, finding vet care, especially in emergent situations and with challenging animals, can be difficult if not near impossible. I feel so grateful to the staff at Animal Care Center, especially Dr. Wendy!
Thankful for the compassion I received from the staff when finding out I needed to say goodbye to my best friend.

Kevin is excellent at his profession. I had never had Rolfing before and he explained everything in detail and really has affected my body in a positive way. I’ve had massages before but Kevin has a more direct approach to his profession in terms of helping me with any physical issues. I highly recommend him.
