I was ready to throw my iPhone out the window because of the cracked screen. I called Eric and let him know what was happening, how it would not work right it would type things on its own. He drove to my work to fix my iPhone in his work vehicle and literally within 10 minutes or less he comes knocking on the door, (I was thinking he was going to say sorry there is nothing he could do) but he says here’s your phone it’s fixed, I was thinking no way. I tried it out in front of him and it was like having a new phone in minutes. I highly recommend him.

My niece recently dropped and broke her new generation iPad she broke the power button. Unfortunately the parts do not exist to fix it yet. He did research to see if he could find a solution to fix it. other places just said no parts and hung up.

The "GUYS" at Tech Guys on the Go have helped me understand over the phone the complexities of my computer--firewalls, which one well-known business insisted I needed to buy this protection from their company for $300 for five years. Eric, at the Tech Guy, said that my internet provider--X-finity--should already be providing this as part of their package. He said the issue was malware: to have him clear up my computer would cost $45. for the first hour, then if needed the hourly cost would drop considerably. I support small local businesses rather than aggressive, the-customer-is-nothing ones --such as Best Buy!
