Back glass on my iPhone 12 Pro max. For over 2 years the Apple glass took it all until it fell flat on its back. Phone zone on June 9 fixed it for $149. Decent price I thought until I noticed one of my camera lenses isn’t focusing. I tapped the back of the phone against my palm and it cracked their screen. No warranties. Despite not having a warranty on back glass, The manager felt it should have lasted longer and believed it could have been a problem on their end. They replaced the back glass happily. Seems the camera is happy again also. Go figure. Would go back for repairs if I need them. Thanks for backing your product. W

Great customer service. Suggest if u get liquid glass (which is amazing btw) have them help you register the warranty, its quite a process. When my phone breaks again I’ll definitely be back lol

I’m sorry if I spell her name wrong but D’nae had helped us and was the sweetest person! Fixed my brothers phone within 30 minutes for reasonable price and got some awesome cases! Definitely will be back, mainly because the customer service was excellent.(: Kudos to her!
