Urgent care that closes on the weekend = worthless.

They lied about giving allergy shot after co pay was paid. Was refunded but wasted time. Had to go to Colorado springs for one.

First, I used to really like this Urgent Care facility. The doctor (MD) listened to you as a patient & actually helped. Today I went for a bee sting. I am a beekeeper & occasionally get stung. I have severe localized reactions (are non-life threatening & I know what I need to subside the swelling; my NP is closed on Fridays). Called to see if the doctor I like was on duty. He was not & the receptionist wanted to know when I’d be there as the “providers want to go home early today”. I get there at 4:30 & they close at 5pm. See the “doctor” who is actually a PA.
