I was told by Ava nurse to go to this urgent care. From the moment I was there, Lower ception is made me feel like I was putting her out. I am feeling horrible and sick, with shortness of breath, The receptionist told me she couldn't help me with an XRay or diabetes type issues and I should go somewhere else. After talking with her a little bit longer. She finally said that she would have the doctor see me,and gave me paperwork to fill out.After filling out five of the six pages of paperwork, She then asked me for my Service dogs, paperwork. Receptionist was rude and disrespectful so was the Dr I took my one year old daughter in to be treated for a rash since her pediatricians office wasn't open because of the weekend and I have never experienced any healthcare workers ever treat a patient so poorly I myself work in healthcare and could never treat any of my patients the way my one year old daughter and I were treated I definitely would not recommend taking any of your family or anyone you care for to this place. The Dr tried diagnosing my daughter with strep and would not even look at her rash I had removed my daughters PJs and asked him multiple times to at least look at it before he tried to diagnose...read full review

They said it would take 20 minutes for my test it took 40 minutes for my covid test & the Dr. was the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life & acted like I was human garbage because I had a tested positive for Covid then tells me to take Tylenol and ibuprofen doesn't even offer to prescribe me anything to help, So next time I'm going to Walgreens for $19 for the same exact tests. The fact that they have a 75.00 co-pay is absolutely insane. I'm a manager at Walmart and I suggest going anywhere else but here. If I could give a Negative 5 Stars I would
