I took in a pair of headphones that wouldn’t turn off and they were able to fix the issue and explained the process they went through. They also noticed another issue with the headphones while working on them and took the time to look into if there was a fix, and didn’t charge more for the time spent researching it. Very fair pricing and great service, I’ll go back for any other electronic issues I have!

I would absolutely recommend R3 Electronics and will be using them again in the future! Both my laptop and phone had significant water damage, neither would not turn on, I was sure they were ruined. I brought them to R3 on a recommendation from my dad while I was waiting for my appointment at the Apple Store. I’m SO GLAD I went to see R3 first before I went to Apple. R3 was able to fix my MacBook for a very fair price. If I would have gone to Apple I’m sure I would have left with a new laptop (or a very hefty bill to fix the water damage). Stopped in to have my IPhone looked at as I took it to AT&T and they diagnosed I needed a new lightening connector. R3 personnel suggested it was probably something that was stuck in the connector, after only a few minutes they came out and advised that in fact it was just a pin from a non approved apple lighting connector. Total visit10 minutes, total savings $180 that another shop had quoted me. Can’t recommend this business enough, friendly and professional. So happy to find this gem.
