“I often do my own repairs but with work I’ve been too occupied. Initially I was cautious to let a company handle my devices and run test but when speaking with the team at R3 it was a relief to see how diligent they were in the testing the ran, they kept me up to date with the status of my device and made sure I was in the loop. Extremely satisfied with the level of service they provide”
“I have a phone from 2021 that I just completely smashed yesterday - fell out of my hands without a case onto the asphalt. I could still see some of the screen, but couldn't unlock it or do anything with it. Definitely thought it was completely done for. Brought it by in the morning today and 45 minutes later it looks like I have a brand new phone, with everything still on it. Can't thank you enough and I'm absolutely recommending here”
“My phone was totally messed up with a virus. Couldn't do anything with it. They fixed it in about five minutes. And no charge. Great place.”
