Dana is brilliant. Not only did he save all of my work and personal data from the last few years but he managed to save my very expensive computer as well. All within 24 hrs for a very reasonable price. He not only saved my work but my career in the process. If I ever have a problem again I’m going to him and I recommend anyone else does too.

My long time PC recently died, so I decided to build a new one. I’m new to the area so I saw DAKtronix listed nearby when I had my pc initially assessed (I didn’t realize the severity of the problem at first). Dana was incredibly helpful and straightforward. He’s very knowledgeable and helped me throughout my process of picking components. Quick to respond and reasonably priced. I definitely will return if I have computer issues. Highly recommend!

Called to inquire on computer server accessories for mounting and although they did not have them, the person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and informative. This first impression is something that a lot of stores can learn from, even though you don’t make a sale and in fact refer to a different source, knowing that the store is that willing to help you out finding what you need, they will most likely go above and beyond when the time comes for you to buy from them. So, since I did not contribute to their store, I hope this review helps them by letting customers know about their customer service.
