The JRG contract was provided for the replacement material and included upgrade options for better hail resistance with thorough explanations. Miriz Banut the production manager emailed me status reports through out the entire scheduling process. Tyler Sharp was the on site JRG representative before and during the actual shingle removal and installation of the new roof. He is a top quality professional that was a pleasure to work with. The installation crew was amazing, they completed the project in one day and did a great job and cleaned up was thorough.

“Did a great job of cleaning everything and showing me anything that looks suspicious such as a closed vent that they don’t know why it was closed and another vent that wasn’t getting any air. that it was connected to the air duct, so they did not know why air was not coming through. They did recommend a HVAC guy to dig into the mystery deeper.“

“We had an absolutely perfect experience getting our entire roof replaced with Stanley at G2 roofing. From square one he was incredible. Stanley always showed up on time, explained everything and was super communicative every step of the way. He took care of everything directly with our insurance company and knew the answer to every question. He went out of his way to help us with design choices and made sure we and our house were ready for the install. He even seamlessly dealt with it when excel decided to close our street for utility work the same day that roofing materials arrived!
