“Traveling in our motorhome and broke down in central Colorado. Called M&G on a Sunday morning. They called back and sent Travis to us, 1.5 hours away. Travis got us into our RV site and had to order a part from Ford, broken shift cable, could not put RV in gear without going under the RV and doing it manually. On Monday his partner Ashton was able to secure the part and have it shipped in. Wednesday afternoon Travis was back and installed the shift cable and we were able to do continue out trip Thursday morning. Both Ashton and Travis were professional and nice. They were the only company who responded on a Sunday morning. Call them if you need service, they are the best.“

“Got me in right away with a derate on my PB 579. Detected the issue with a part on order from a nearby peterbilt. Rush peterbilt said it would be 2 weeks before I could even be seen for anything on my truck. As an OO that wasn’t anything I wanted to hear. New place, new location. Friendly staff. Drivers lounge to fit 5-6 drivers, WiFi , 1 shower, 1 restroom, and a set of washer/dryer. Parking area is pretty big as it’s still new, weird layout but still pretty big. Only downside is they are not 24/7 yet, said should be in the new year so either your staying in your truck if there’s access to it or getting a hotel or staying with a friend. Checked in on Wednesday morning and back on the road Friday afternoon (warranty seemed to be the slow part of the process)“
