“Our Genie was due for an inspection and we needed to find someone that would come on site to do the task. Terex was the only company we found that had the ability to send a tech to our facility. Upon my first communication with the Terex team, I was set up with an account and scheduled for a visit very quickly. Our tech arrived early and was able to complete the inspection ahead of schedule. “Where to begin?!? Long story short we are from Phoenix bought a Cummins from Denver, got stranded in vail....two “mechanics” later and over $3k in so-called repairs still didn’t start plus (been in Denver for close to two weeks) cost of rental car and hotel stay we were ready to just call it quits. But something told us to give it one more go. We found JP diesel and wow! Thank God we did!A) Customer service on point. Entire staff helpful and kindB) they know what they are doingC) reasonably pricedThey seriously saved us and we get to make it back in time for Christmas.
