“My wife and I are raveling in our 44 class A. We talked with Jeremy in service and set up a time, it wasn’t a reservation but he felt they could get us in for our needed service.
We also had an issue with air pressure building too high.

The fix wasn’t easy and they stayed with it, which we very much appreciated since we were traveling. The also noticed my fan was hitting the shroud and needed adjustment, again not an easy fix.
We were grateful to the mechanic for bringing this up…….after the tough job with the air, many would have ignored it and we all know it would become a problem at the worse time.
Bottom line, the guys were all great, very upfront and we feel we were treated very fairly, especially for the level of service.

“I am very pleased with the recent work we had done on our hi-ranger, we have a large project coming up and needed our truck by a certain date, the members at Terex went above and beyond to come in on schedule even after a few repair changes. Josh was extremely communicative with updates on our vehicle about repairs, took the time to explain their estimate and showed the parts on our unit that were going to be replaced. Ashley in the office was prompt and responsive with emails, the team members did an excellent job on our 10 year service, our boom has never run smoother. I can't wait to bring in our other bucket truck and they work on other brands of booms/lifts. Would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their equipment.“
