We’re brand-new cat parents and just brought home our rescue kitten, Willow, a week ago. When she started having breathing 'fits' we were honestly scared and imagining the worst. We showed up with a LOT of questions.

From the moment we walked in, they treated us with such kindness and patience. Not once did we feel rushed or silly. Dr. Sammie and Nicole answered every single question we had very thoughtfully and made us feel completely at ease.

They gently examined Willow, X-rayed her, clipped her nails, diagnosed a double ear infection and an upper respiratory infection (not asthma like we feared — huge relief!), and explained everything so clearly. They made sure her microchip was in, and showed me how to put in ear drops properly.

Even though the clinic was busy, we felt like we were the only family there. Glad I chose this place! They got us in right away too. The prices are fair.

“The place is amazing. They clearly love the animals and are dedicated vets. Our dog had to get an appendage removed because of Cancer. It was 1 5th the cost of other places. They responded to a text at 10:30 at night. Who does that in today's world.

They spend their time an investment on the animals instead of the building. If you don't care about a fancy Clinic and realize that they give your pets great care then this is the place to go.“

“My 12yo German Shorthaired Pointer received excellent care at RMVR. His hind legs were getting weak from lower back pain and declining activity caused by irreparable damage to a front leg. Dr Ali did several sessions of chiropractic and acupuncture therapy to his back and, amazingly, was able to keep him still for as long as needed each time. She showed us several exercises and devised a daily routine to preserve flexibility and work his rear legs. These have done the trick and we repeat them every day still. The written summary after each session was particularly helpful for remembering details of each exercise to repeat at home and other useful information they provided. RMVR care goes beyond physical therapy with veterinary examinations, dietary recommendations. All of the staff we met are capable, caring, and diligent. Thank you for all that you have done for Jackson.“
