Lovely people who weren't bothered at all by my cat's unholy yowling. Sweet fuzzy boy is calm and easygoing at home but turns into a complete maniac in the car. He was expressing his extreme displeasure at my life choices most of the time we were there. Fortunately the staff made it a very quick and easy experience for him, and the vet Dr. Kiernan was thorough and kind. 10 stars.

Our dog got loose and a good samaritan got her out of the heat and brought her here to be scanned for a microchip. We are lucky good people picked her up because she is so sweet and cute, that someone might want to keep her.
The staff got her cooled down because she was over heated. They scanned her and called the microchip place who in turn called us. We had been franticly searching for her the previous two hours. When she got out she had no collar on..
When I talked to them I asked them if they could trim her nails. They did a great job and said she didn't even mind when they trimmed them.
