“Being severely nearsighted, farsighted, and with astigmatism in both eyes I thought forsure I would never be a candidate for any type of eye corrective surgery. I went to my LASIK consultation, and they told me that I wasn't a candidate for it or PRK (which I figured)But they suggested that I should check out ICL instead. Which in simple terms, is like getting permanent contact lenses put in but it is so much healthier for your eyes!I got a consultation with Dr. Montgomery, and I am SO glad that I did! It turns out that I was a good candidate for it, and we scheduled my surgery for Jan 2023 and got -13.5 & -13 lenses put in.He saw me multiple times over the next 4 months to check how things were settling. 3 months in he noticed my astigmatism in my left eye still present, and suggested a LRI surgery to correct it. This surgery was extremely simple & quick and ended up fixing it!Overall Dr. Montgomery and his team (shout out to Danae) were fantastic with communication, care, and being sure that I got what I needed! Thank you all so much. This is life changing for me.“

Not only did he have the frames I was looking for (after calling 5 different places), but he was able to get me lenses as well as they had them in stock (usually my glasses have to be sent off to fill the prescription). I had a complete set, ready to walk out the door, in an hour. It was magical. I'm used to waiting 1 or 2 weeks. And their in house lens are amazing, so light, great warranty. “I have had a very positive experience at Summit Vision with Dr. Sarah Rohr. I normally had seen Dr. Kennedy but after having a horrible extensive fiberglass injury on Thanksgiving, I had seen both. I have went into to see Dr. Rohr multiple times now with my eyes in various stages of injury and in the worst pain I've had all my life from the fiberglass. She displays professionalism, empathy, compassion, and answers all questions I have had. She has been able to remove fiberglass pieces each time that I go and has each time gently checked the scratches in my eye and under the lid through this arduous time. I would recommend Summit Vision to anyone and both Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Rohr are outstanding. We are newer to Colorado and I can honestly say they are the best eye Doctor's I have ever been to all of my life. When needing glasses the staff is wonderful to correct any needed issues and never makes you feel rushed during appointments. The staff there when checking in and out is always on top of things and they are great about calling in any needed eye medication to the pharmacy. I would easily give this rating more than a 5 star for Dr. Sarah Rohr if I could. Being a woman, I think I resonate with female doctors more after many complex health issues the last years but both Doctor's at Summit Vision are wonderful!! They even moved locations recently across the street and it's so spacious and inviting. If you don't come to Dr. Kennedy or Dr. Sarah Rohr at Summit in Erie than you're missing out. I truly feel they are the best. I referred a neighbor here too and she's been very happy with her glasses experience she's had. The staff is all wonderful, professional and stays focused on fasts at hand. I also have no problems with eye medications being called in that I have needed sporadically. Both Eye Doctors here deserve an award for out outstanding, caring, professional and kind they are. They listen to patients and I never feel rushed. I would recommend anyone here and if it's a bi of a drive it's still worth it most definitely. I have the most lightweight, comfortable pair of glasses from here also that I have ever had and it's wonderful. They are more fragile so if I've ever had issues with them Summit is quick to address any issues with contacts or glasses. This place is fabulous and all of the staff are kind, professional and caring. Both Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Rohr treat patients and myself with the upmost respect and care. Both have been helping me with my fiberglass injury and healing to remove what they can and giving me excellent advice for care I can do at home between appointments. Both are exceptional Eye Doctors. Come to Summit if you want an all around, consistent exceptional experience.“

“This is first rate eye care! I am caring for a woman who is in hospice and has glasses that had the lenses become loose and fall out. Twice, once in the summer, and once just today, I have brought those glasses and loose lenses to this business and they fixed them for me on the spot. Today I dealt with Rachelle, and she wouldn't even accept payment! The woman I care for is not even a patient and not able to come into their offices! I have been happy with Dr. Lorree for years and like to keep my business local. So, I ordered frames/lens from FVC. Unfortunately, the prescription was off. “I last visited Dr. Murphy for my annual exam this past November 2019 and the staff you see face to face I would give a 100% rating. From Kara who does the initial intake (and still remembered me back from my first visits in 2010) to the Doctor herself I feel comfortable, at home, and give her my complete trust in my vision. So I LOVE Dr. Murphy and still drive from Southeast Aurora to her practice for my annual checkups. The only area in which she could improve is her back office staff. I seem to always have issues with requests not being fulfilled until the 2nd or 3rd attempt. This could be enough to turn away new or established patients. I have had to ask 2-3 times for my Optomap images before they are sent. I have asked for a billing credit that I am not sure has still been applied. These all make patients very frustrated and negate all the excellent work the Doctor provides. So Dr. Murphy and Kara get a full five stars... the practice could use some work and gets 4 for now.“
