I had a last-minute emergency when my glasses broke at work. I arrived at the Macy's LensCrafters before they opened. I was greeted and immediately taken care of. I left within 30 minutes with my current pair repaired and a new pair on the way due to the amazing sale. Thank you!

Both staff at Macy's Lenscrafters are super helpful! The manager, Matt Smith, has been incredibly wonderful helping with all my optical needs from progressives to contacts. I have insurance through a health system which doesn't cover Lenscrafters - but I am willing to pay full price out of pocket to use Lenscrafters over my insurance! You have me as a customer for life!

Fantastic! Great selection but I wasn’t rushed at all to make my choice. My salesperson, Matt, was knowledgeable, patient and professional. This was great and I can’t wait to pick up my beautiful new glasses!
