From the second I sat down, she was calm, kind, and completely non-judgmental (which, given the situation on my head, was a true act of professionalism). She listened carefully, checked in constantly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

And then… she worked magic.

A couple of hours later, I walked out looking like I belong in a quiet luxury Pinterest board—rich, dimensional, “expensive old money brunette” energy. I genuinely did not know my hair could look this good. And the haircut? Hands down the best I’ve ever had.
