I came in a couple weeks ago with an absolutely botched haircut and layers from great clips (oops). Thankfully, Patricia told me that she specializes in transformation hairstyles. She told me that she wanted me to be happy with it instead of it just being “a little bit better than the first haircut”. And she surely delivered on that! “I booked an appointment with Luan when my hair person went on maternity leave. I got some sort of a demiglaze color (or whatever it's called) that really boosted the shininess in my hair. I also got a hair cut, which made me nervous because I have notoriously difficult hair to cut due to the waviness in my hair. My hair will often take on a triangular or pyramid shape which I absolutely hate. When I got home and washed and dried my hair over a few days, I realized the cut didn't turn out how I wanted it.
