Amazing service! My haircut came with a complimentary mini facial and shoulder massage which surprised me. The ladies were friendly and Bianca listened and implemented my wishes. Very happy and impressed!

I really enjoyed my experience there at Salon Nove and the stylist was super nice and accommodating. The only issue I had was when I booked the appointment they told me the price for a shine and tone was $53.00 When I went to pay, there was a color charge of $24.00 and an environmental fee color of $7.00. I was told it was because the color was extra which I did not know. The Shine and TONE to me means the color should have been included. I didn't have much of a choice but to pay it. My 53.00 hair appointment turned into 87.00 plus tip. Not super happy about that.

My time is highly respected, from the moment I enter the salon until checking out. Sarah is always prompt and considerate, with a great attention to detail. The professionalism is evident, as is the easy and friendly connection.
