“I had my doubts about this place because of the other reviews but we decided to give it a try. Everything was very clean. Our hostess was super friendly and she came up to our place to explain how to put in hot water and bubbles. My husband and I visited this place for our anniversary and it was worth it every minute. Super relaxing and finishes like new. We will definitely come back.“

“Working manual labor jobs most my life and with the airlines for years I have been searching for someone with experience and the ability to work on the areas where overuse from work leaves a body in pain. What a blessing to find Carrie. Her professionalism and humility mixed with a safe and comfortable setting was topped off with a cold water bottle and a bowl of chocolate s in which I gladly enjoyed a truffle:). What a treat to finally find a massage therapist who listens well and then applies relief with a skill you could only expect from her 20 years experience. She will be my top recommendation to family and friends after trying out over 6 other massage therapist after losing my main massage therapist. She was courteous enough to provide many other options if she was not a good match to help and other modalities to choose from. Thank you thank you!!!Also being more sensitive than I would like to admit as in a feeling based person she has a balanced energy that to those who are sensitive to such promotes calm or healing type impact.“

“Kaylyn is absolutely delightful! I actually don’t dread going for my waxing appointments now that I found Kaylyn. She’s knowledgeable and has different types of wax for different skin types. She keeps me entertained with great conversation and takes my mind off the pain…She even helps minimize it! I’d definitely recommend her!!“

“Hands-down (as in downward facing dog) the best yoga studio I have ever been to! The studio is awesome and the teachers are amazing. The only reason I stopped going there is because I moved. I really miss going there multiple times a week for the best workouts or for restorative yin.“

“I am brand new to yoga and Sheena is a wonderful teacher. She has a calm, professional demeanor and does a great job of demonstrating various poses. We can adapt poses to our pace and comfort level. She goes through a warm up, core and balance poses and we end with a few minutes of quiet time/meditation that is so peaceful. The studio at Divine Flow has a relaxing feel and is a nice environment to learn yoga. I was looking for something non-intimidating where I wouldn't feel awkward being new, and I'm so appreciative that I found Spark of Life.“

“I am a senior citizen who is working to stay physically healthy. Starting with the balancing class, I have progressed to the next. The class I attend is the CP Reformer Flow 1. I go as often as possible, and at least once per week. The class focuses on strengthening the core and stretching. I do this to compliment my 'at home' yoga. I am allowed to work at my personal level and modify as I need. I love it.“

“We just happened to find Vernon while staying at the Broadmoor and no one answering their phones. My wife and I were able to sneak in mid-day and both got one of the best massages we've ever gotten. Which is saying ALOT. I like deep tissue, get my fascia loosened, deep breathing massages. My wife can barely tolerate a super light feather touch. Somehow, Vernon managed to address each of our preferences and had us both feeling better. I'd had a neck pain for over a month that Vernon helped significantly. Highly recommended.“

“Today's 8 year anniversary Open House @ Root was magical! A beautiful assortment of classes and teaching styles (one with Live Cello!), a community autumn garland to decorate, many creative ways to support 3 different local non-profits, such an array of clothing, art, jewelry and books for sale... I was so grateful to be a part of the magic that is Root Center today! The teachers here are so supportive of modifying postures and making everyone feel included and cared for. Wow! THIS is what Yoga is truly about! Support. Community. Seeing, and Being Seen.“
