Satya is the most inviting, relaxing homely yoga studio I’ve ever been in. All of the instructors are incredible. Amanda has a calming presence and a smile that makes anyone happy. Yoga wall with Mel is a fun, invigorating class. She always brings laughter and fun. She is amazing!

Yoga Studio Satya is a special place-- you can't help but feel nourished and nurtured after spending time there. In addition to offering an array of weekly classes, from wall (definitely worth checking out if you haven't tried this before), gentle, restorative, Vin/Yin, and vinyasa, not to mention weekly sound baths, the incredible guides offer creative workshops and additional offerings such as new moon circles, kirtan, yoga nidra, and seasonal practices. I LOVE Yoga Studio Satya. When I moved to Colorado Springs I tried a variety of yoga studios, but none of them made me feel the way Yoga Studio Satya does. I feel so welcomed at this studio, the teachers are amazing, and the space is beautiful. I highly recommend checking out this yoga studio!
